About Your Facilitator
My name is Laura Lamn. I am a Creative and Spiritual Wayfinder.
I’m a local mum, to my lovely 4 year old, who I home educate. I believe that creativity, spirituality and community are the lost pillars to well-being. I have written and recorded 3 albums, all about recovery and spiritual connection. I have reached over 2.5k students online with my creative classes. I hold space for you to become who you truly are.

FAQs
Do I need any experience?
No, we will use our voices during the session to sing and sound. I promise to make you feel at ease and many people who say they "can't sing" have felt confident in my space.

What is drum journeying?
You can sit or lie down, whilst I play a repetitive drum beat. The rhythm of the drum alters our brain waves and allows us to slip into a Theta state. In theta our imagination comes online.

What do I need to bring?
Please bring a bottle of water, journal and pen
Wear layers
Something to lie down on for Yoga Nidra - a couple of yoga mats or a sheep skin and a blanket to cover you.

Is there disabled access?
The venue is step free access
