A new kind of hula hoop dance course brought to you by Laura Lamn.

HULA HOOP – DANCE – SHAKE – WIND – STRETCH – UNWIND

In this new 1hr30 minute class we will learn hula hoop tricks, move our body to a fusion of dance styles and stretch and relax our bodies and minds.

The class starts with a warm up, followed by hula hooping and dance, and ends with yoga and a short meditation to help you unwind.

What do I need to bring and wear?
Hula hoops provided. Wear something comfortable you can move in. Bring a bottle of water and your enthusiasm 🙂

I’ve never hula hooped before can I come?
YES! I’ll teach you the basics (and some fun tricks too)

I can already hula hoop and have been to your classes before. Will this be boring?
NO WAY! I’ll teach you some new tricks and you will enjoy the new dance and chill element of the class :-)

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Laura Lamn is a Guinness World Record holding hula hooper. She has whirled and twirled all over the world- from being official entertainment at the Olympics to performing in India. Laura is a former member of The Majorettes (hula hoop troupe dance superstars) and was trained by Marawa the Amazing. She has been teaching for 3 years and loves to inspire new hula hoopers!
