Hula Hoop Dance Fitness Course with bonus relaxation
A new kind of hula hoop dance course brought to you by Laura Lamn.
HULA HOOP – DANCE – SHAKE – WIND – STRETCH – UNWIND
In this new 1hr30 minute class we will learn hula hoop tricks, move our body to a fusion of dance styles and stretch and relax our bodies and minds.
The class starts with a warm up, followed by hula hooping and dance, and ends with yoga and a short meditation to help you unwind.
